Mike McCormack has over 25 years of professional experience, including working for five companies in four different industries before starting PeopleRight in 2002. He has worked in companies from 200 to more than 50,000 employees, and directed up to 70 people and led projects in the tens of millions of dollars. Ten years of his career was spent working for Andersen Consulting and CSC Consulting.
It was through this diverse series of experiences and environments that he realized that there must be a better way for companies to create job match opportunities for their employees. He has leveraged this information to assist students and professionals in transition in making better life and career decisions.
Mike served on the Board of Trustees for The Cambridge School of Dallas for two years. He has been married to Vicki for 24 years and has a son in college, and a daughter in high School.
That’s the ‘short and pretty’ version of his work history. But his detailed history is what has uniquely prepared him for what PeopleRightCareers focuses on today – which is to guide others toward roles, positions, opportunities, and careers where they can leverage their individual gifts in a way that allows them to accomplish their life’s mission.
